Truth Coffee Roasting has built its reputation around its versatile and flavourful blends. So we’re quite excited to be able to share this single origin offering from this iconic Cape Town coffee brand.
The coffee comes from the Allana estate in the former state of Mysore in India, now part of Karnataka. While the geographic area no longer bears the name, the coffees from that area are still referred to as Indian Mysore.
This particular offering from Truth has a rich and heavy body accompanied by spicy notes as is common in Indian coffee. You’ll also find a depth & complexity as well as a natural sweetness in what is still a pleasantly clean cup. You may also pick up some delicious citrus notes.
