This decaf coffee from Truth is made either using the Swiss water process and occasionally with the CO2 method, but never with chemicals. It is actually a single origin coffee from Colombia and is a great coffee to drink in the evenings or if you’re sensitive to caffeine.
Aside from those credentials, this is simply a very tasty and balanced decaf. You’ll find it bursting with chocolatey notes that might make you want another cup, but it also has a fair bit of underlying complexity with other sweet notes like honey shining through depending on your brew method.
