At 1.2L effective capacity (total capacity is significantly more but this is the ideal fill level for precision pouring), it’s ideal for almost any manual brewing application. It not only allows you to choose your desired temperature within 1ºC, but it also lets you keep the kettle water at that temperature for up to an hour, and set it to heat up at a particular time every day – that means even less waiting time before that all-important first cup of coffee!
