My Mom and I visited Hava Java Elgin Mall yesterday afternoon 2Feb 2020@ about 14 :00
We first requested a breakfast but the waiter informed us that it was no longer served, which was fine.
We both ordered a burger but at first glance could see that the lettuce or rocket leaves on top of the beef patty were severely wilted.
We pointed it out to the waitress. Later on someone came to enquire but disappeared never to be seen again.
Really disappointed in the service and the quality of the food.
We will rather go somewhere else next time.
