What a disappointing experience I had today, management just said in an arrogant attitude if your name is not on the waiting list at the other door, we don’t have a seat for you. Nobody made the slightest attempt to offer my wife a seat while they check the waiting list at the other door. Incidentally at that moment there were 3 tables open, with one person waiting on the seats by the door. Madam restaurant owner/manager, you have estranged which was once a happy and frequent patron.
You better sharpen up the skills of your maitre’d at the front door else you will loose more patrons. This is the second time that the dis organised table seating process caused difficulty to me.
